Sports Therapy appointments are avaliable in Llanon:
Mondays – 9.15pm – 8pm
Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays – 9am till 3.15pm
Appointments are usually 45 minutes costing £35 but sessions can be tailored to suit.
Treatments are tailored to a patients needs and may include:
- Sports massage
- Electrotherapy
- Exercise prescription
- Intrinsic biomechanics screening
- Postural taping
- Kensio taping
- Sports Nutrition advice
- Injury prevention advice
